Transa, a British electronic music producer/remixer duo comprising of brothers Dave and Brendan Webster first hit the trance scene in 1996 with their initial release ‘Prophase’.  The track was rapidly licensed by Paul Oakenfold and released on his Perfect Fluro label.  Building on their previous success, the follow up single ‘Enervate’ released in 1997, was again licensed to Perfecto Fluro and supported by the worlds biggest DJ’s.  Enervate became a huge hit on dance floors worldwide and achieved number 42 in the UK nationals.  Paul Oakenfold famously included Enervate in his set at the historical Hong Kong handover party in 1997.

Transa continued to release trance classics such as ‘Behind the Sun’, ‘Carla’s’ Theme’, ‘Outlander’ and the massive ‘Supernova’, amongst others.  Their tracks appeared on hundreds of compilations worldwide including 'Gatecrasher', 'Ministry Of Sound’, ‘Euphoria’ and other classics such as Paul Oakenfold's 'Tranceport' and Sasha/Digweed’s 'Northern Exposure’.

The brothers have been responsible for remixing some of the biggest dance artists in the world, including ‘Tiesto’, ‘Ferry Corsten’, ‘BT’, ’Armin Van Buuren’, ‘Blue Amazon’, ‘Alice Deejay’ and ‘Vengaboys’ to name but a few.

Releases under aliases include ‘Cascade - Transcend’ which received a remix by Ferry Corsten under his Moonman guise, and ‘Catcher - Destiny Sunrise’ which appeared on Tiesto’s massive ‘Nyana’ compilation.

Jumping to present day following some time away from the industry, Transa are back with their #TransaResurrected campaign, focused on re-releasing the classic original Transa (and alias') tracks together with remixes, remakes and long awaited new material.
